Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund.

 

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the item(s) you want to exchange for, and the reason for the exchange.

  • Exchange Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Shipping: We will bear any return shipping charges for exchanges. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

 

Refunds 

Our no-questions-asked refund policy lasts 60 days upon delivery. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund after 60 days.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@thrivearmor.com.

  • Proof of purchase: To complete your return, we will require your email and order number.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We cannot issue refunds if you order is still in transit. We will gladly begin a return for you once you have received your item.
